Before You Contact Us

Yes, it's free — and no, we won't hound you. You get one free consultation and one detailed quotation, followed by at most one follow-up. If you decide not to proceed, just say so and we won't bother you again. Our time is a cost too, and we don't waste it on projects that won't happen.
No. Your details are used solely to contact you and prepare your quotation. We never sell, rent or share them with any third party, and we won't add you to marketing lists without your consent. You can request deletion at any time and we'll process it within 7 working days.
Both work. We have working locations in Hong Kong and Shenzhen and can arrange on-site meetings (Hong Kong clients can book weekday face-to-face sessions, Mon–Fri 10:00–19:00). If meeting in person isn't convenient, Zoom or WhatsApp with e-signed documents works just as well.
Absolutely. We regularly serve overseas and mainland clients. Communication runs on WhatsApp, WeChat, Zoom or email; documents are e-signed; and we accept credit cards, PayPal and bank transfers. Hong Kong time aligns with mainland China and most of Southeast Asia, and we're happy to schedule around European or US time zones.
