Web Design & Development

Web design & development

Our packages range from HK$6,800 (Starter, 5 pages) to HK$48,000+ (custom flagship builds). The price gap comes down to five factors: number of pages, design complexity (custom design vs template), functional requirements (CMS, membership, multilingual, system integrations), content preparation (copywriting, photography) and the number of language versions. After a free consultation we provide an itemised quotation so you can see exactly what each item costs.
Roughly 10 working days for the Starter package, 15–20 for Business, 25–30 for e-commerce, and 6–10 weeks for flagship custom builds. The timeline depends heavily on how quickly you supply content and confirm decisions — we have seen projects delayed two months waiting on client content. If you are in a hurry, rush service is available (+20%, from 7 working days).
Fine-tuning within the approved design direction (colours, fonts, images, copy placement, spacing) is unlimited — we revise until you are satisfied. If you request a full redesign after the design has been approved and development has begun, that is quoted separately at HK$1,200 per page. We always flag this before it happens, never bill for it afterwards.
Business packages and above include a self-hosted CMS admin panel, so you can add pages, upload images, edit text and manage forms without touching code. We provide 1–2 hours of online training plus how-to videos. If you'd rather not handle it yourself, our website maintenance plans start at HK$880/month.
Yes. On completion, the website source code, design source files (Figma / PSD / AI), domain and hosting accounts are all yours — no licence fees, no lock-in. You can move to another provider anytime, and we supply technical handover documentation. This is one of the biggest differences between us and many competitors, and it is written into our contracts.
Handled properly, it usually improves them. We back up the old site, record all existing URLs with their rankings and traffic, set up 301 redirects from every old URL to its new counterpart, and submit the new sitemap via Search Console while monitoring indexing. Rankings may fluctuate for the first 4–8 weeks after relaunch — that's normal — and we keep monitoring until they stabilise.
E-Commerce

Online stores & e-commerce

PayPal and Stripe typically activate in 1–3 working days; you'll need the Certificate of Incorporation, Business Registration Certificate, directors' ID and a bank statement. Local acquirers (credit card acquiring) have stricter reviews, usually 2–4 weeks. We recommend starting with PayPal / Stripe and FPS, then applying for local card acquiring once you have transaction records — approval rates are higher.
Credit cards via Stripe run about 2.9% + HK$2.35 per transaction; PayPal about 3.4% plus a fixed fee; FPS is usually free or HK$1–3 per transaction; PayMe for Business about 1.5%. Actual rates depend on monthly volume and industry risk. We will help you work out the cheapest combination based on your expected turnover.
It depends on your business model. WooCommerce has no monthly fee or transaction cut, offers the most flexibility and the lowest long-term cost — ideal for large catalogues, complex rules and long-term operation, though you handle updates and security yourself. Shopify is fully hosted, quick to launch and highly stable — ideal for mid-sized catalogues without in-house IT, but it carries monthly and transaction fees. We build on both and will give honest advice based on your situation.
It depends on whether the system offers an API. With an open API, we can build two-way inventory sync and order export, generally from HK$12,000. Without an API, a scheduled CSV import/export can be arranged — cheaper, but requires some manual steps. We start with a feasibility assessment (HK$3,800, creditable against the project fee) before quoting.
Yes. We can set up customer tiers so wholesale buyers see wholesale prices and minimum order quantities after login, while retail customers see retail prices. We can also build approval-only catalogues and dedicated quotation features. Priced per requirement, generally from HK$12,000.
Design, Translation & Data

Graphic design · Translation · Data

Standard logo design (HK$2,800) includes 3 concept proposals and 3 rounds of revisions, delivered as AI vector source files, PDF, PNG (transparent background) and JPG, plus black-and-white versions and clear-space guidelines. The full brand identity package (HK$8,800) adds colour palettes, typography standards, business cards, letterheads and application examples.
Yes. We can place print orders on your behalf, supervise colour proofing and inspect the finished goods, charged at 10% of printing cost or HK$1,200 minimum (whichever is higher). If you have a regular printer, we can simply supply print-ready files (CMYK, 3mm bleed, text converted to outlines) at no extra charge.
Human translation by native-speaker translators, proofread by a second person. We build a glossary first to keep terminology consistent throughout the document. Machine translation is used only as reference support, never delivered as final work. All translations follow Hong Kong usage conventions — no mainland Chinese phrasing slips in.
Charged by actual hours at HK$480/hour, 2-hour minimum. We assess the files first and quote the actual hours — no surprise charges afterwards. For confidentiality, an NDA can be signed before work begins; sensitive files are transferred over encrypted channels and temporary copies are destroyed on request after completion, in line with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
Yes, but with limited depth. With only the URL we can perform an "external audit": security headers, SSL configuration, front-end performance, technical SEO, known package version detection and non-intrusive penetration testing (HK$4,800). For in-depth back-end code and database query review, we need source code or test environment access (HK$9,800). We always state clearly what level of audit is possible — we don't charge a full fee for half the work.
Pricing & Contracts

Pricing · Contracts · Protection

We accept FPS, PayMe, bank transfer / cheque and credit card (+2.5% surcharge). Standard terms are two instalments: 50% deposit on signing, 50% balance after launch acceptance. Large projects can be split into three payments (40% / 30% / 30%). Website packages also offer 12-month interest-free instalments (Starter from HK$620/month) — production starts once the first payment clears, on schedule.
Year two only renews domain, hosting and business email: domain HK$128/year (.hk is HK$288/year), business hosting HK$1,380/year, business email from HK$480/year. The website itself carries no licence fee or monthly charge. Renewal prices are stated in the contract — we do not raise them mid-term.
Deliverables, timeline, itemised pricing, revision rounds, intellectual property ownership and warranty period — all written into the contract in black and white, signed by both parties. We are a Hong Kong registered limited company that contracts and issues receipts in the company name, so everything is on record — no verbal-only promises.
If you terminate during the design proposal stage (before development), we refund the deposit minus design costs already incurred. After development begins, contract terms apply, and any completed design and development work remains yours. We prefer terms written clearly upfront to avoid disputes later.
Core design, front-end development and data analysis are done by our Hong Kong-based in-house team — never outsourced wholesale. Some specialist work (e.g. Japanese/Korean translation, large-scale photography, specialty printing) goes to long-term professional partners, but we tell you in advance and take full responsibility. You deal with us — one point of contact only.
Technical

Technical & after-sales

We mainly use mainstream open-source technology — WordPress (custom themes, no off-the-shelf page builders), Laravel, React — never proprietary systems that lock clients in. That means any competent company familiar with these stacks can take over, so you are never dependent on us. We also avoid premium plugins that demand yearly licence fees.
By default we host in Hong Kong data centres — local latency under 10ms, with CN2 GIA direct China routing giving South China around 20–35ms. Hong Kong hosting requires no ICP filing, and mainland visitors can generally browse normally. Note that sites touching regulated content in the mainland, or with very high traffic, may still experience network fluctuations. If your main market is the mainland, we will assess filing options separately.
All sites we host include daily backups, so we can restore to the last healthy version immediately after an intrusion or failure. Website maintenance plans (from HK$880/month) get priority handling with responses within 2 hours during office hours. Emergencies — a site that won't open at all — get attended to even on holidays.
We handle compliance as part of the build: cookie consent banners, privacy policy and Personal Information Collection Statement (PICS) templates, encrypted form submission, SSL certificates, data retention settings and data processing agreements. That said, we are not a law firm — for questions carrying specific legal liability, please consult a qualified legal professional. What we provide is the technical compliance configuration.
Three things are recommended ongoing: regular content updates (new cases, articles, products), regular backups and system updates, and monitoring data to keep optimising. The first two can be covered by our maintenance plans; the third belongs to our data analytics monthly plan. If you do none of them, the site still runs — but its performance and security will gradually decline.
