Landing Page & Conversion

If Your Ads Don't Convert,
The Landing Page Is Usually the Problem

From ad group copy and keywords to form length, we design landing pages around how your campaigns actually run — single CTA, mobile-first, extremely fast loading and full event tracking, so every advertising dollar can be traced to a result.

Landing Page ≠ Homepage

A Homepage Is for Browsing.
A Landing Page Is for Acting.

Sending ad traffic straight to your homepage is like asking visitors to find the answer in your menu. A dedicated landing page removes every side path and leaves one action — that is how ad budgets get spent properly.

  • A homepage has to serve brand image, investors, recruitment and existing customers all at once — it is hard to focus on one action.
  • A landing page can align its copy with the keywords of each ad group, so the message match is tight and bounce rates drop.
  • Each campaign gets its own URL, so GA4 and Google Ads can tell exactly which channel produced real enquiries.
  • Testing never touches your main website: change headlines, CTAs or form fields and it goes live the same day.
  • Results accumulate — every test becomes evidence for the next round of ad copy and audience targeting.
Single conversion goal Loads < 2s GA4 event tracking Mobile-first layout

One Message: One Page, One Job

We remove the top menu, sidebar and footer clutter — the entire page serves one conversion goal: a form, a WhatsApp chat, a sign-up or a download. No detours means attention stays where you want it.

Extremely Fast: Hand-Coded, Lightweight

No shared templates or drag-and-drop page builders. Every page is hand-written HTML / CSS with first-screen assets kept to kilobytes, targeting full Core Web Vitals compliance (LCP, CLS, INP).

Full Tracking: Every Action Measured

Form submissions, WhatsApp clicks, call buttons and downloads are all configured as GA4 events and passed back to Google Ads — you can see exactly which keyword and which ad group converted.

Types of Landing Page

Six Landing Page Types —
Which One Do You Need?

Different channels call for different structures. These six are the types we build most often, each with a proven layout skeleton and event setup.

Ad Campaign Landing Page

Built for Google Ads keyword campaigns or Meta ads, with copy aligned to the ad headline.

  • Keyword → headline → CTA three-layer alignment
  • Google Ads conversion tracking setup

Exhibition & Promotion Page

For trade fairs, roadshows and limited-time promotions — collecting leads and enquiries in one place.

  • Date, venue and booth number up front
  • QR code pre-registration form

Product Launch Page

For a new product or service — one page that covers specs, pricing and how to order.

  • Spec sheets, comparison tables and objection handling
  • Pre-order / order buttons with stock display

Lead Magnet Download Page

Trade a whitepaper, rate card or course notes for contact details and build a retargeting list.

  • Email verification and automatic file delivery
  • Download-complete event tracking

Event Registration Page

Seminars, workshops, courses and webinars — registration and payment in one flow.

  • Seats remaining and deadline countdown
  • Confirmation email and calendar invite

B2B Quote Request Page

For corporate buyers — a low-friction form that captures qualified RFQ enquiries.

  • Company, industry and budget tiering
  • Auto-reply confirmation and internal alerts
Conversion Checklist

Ten Elements Every Landing Page
Must Have

These ten items are our delivery standard for every landing page project — a page missing any one of them isn't finished. Use the list to audit your existing pages too.

  • One single CTA
The whole page pushes one action, repeated at the top, middle and footer — never "browse products", "contact us" and "download catalogue" competing at once.
  • Above-the-fold value proposition
Visitors should know within 5 seconds what you do, how it helps them, and why you're different. The headline states the result; the sub-headline explains how.
  • Social proof
Client logos, number of engagements, ratings and named case studies — placed near the CTA, not buried in the footer.
  • Minimal form fields
Only ask what you need — usually name, phone or email, and service required. Every extra field tends to reduce completion rates.
  • One-tap WhatsApp enquiry
Hong Kong customers expect instant conversation. The button opens a chat with a pre-filled question and is tracked as its own conversion event.
  • Mobile-first layout
Most ad traffic is mobile. We design the phone layout first, place the CTA within thumb reach, and use tel: links for phone numbers.
  • Loads in under 2 seconds
WebP images, lazy loading, no unused fonts or third-party scripts — targeting an LCP under 2 seconds.
  • FAQ that removes doubt
Price, lead time, refunds, privacy — every common objection answered clearly, placed before the CTA rather than after.
  • Trust markers
Company registration, SSL certificate, secure payment badges, a physical address and phone number — easing first-time enquiry anxiety.
  • GA4 event tracking
Form submits, WhatsApp clicks, calls, downloads and scroll depth all tracked as events and fed back to Google Ads, so cost-per-enquiry is actually measurable.
Longer is not better. As a default we recommend a six-part structure: hero + pain points + solution + social proof + FAQ + CTA. But when visitors already arrive warm — through referrals or email (for example a B2B buyer clicking through from a quote email) — a short single-screen design often converts better. We will recommend long or short based on your traffic source.
A/B Testing

How We Run A/B Testing

Finishing the design is only step one. We then improve versions based on data — the final winner is decided by conversion rates, not opinions.

Test process: one variable at a time

Change several things at once and even if the numbers improve you won't know why. We test in the following order, documenting each round.

  • Form a hypothesis — write down "because of X, we are changing Y, and expect metric Z to move this way".
  • Traffic split — versions A / B each get half the traffic and run concurrently, avoiding time-of-day and holiday bias.
  • Test variables — headline wording, hero image or video, CTA copy and colour, number of form fields, price presentation.
  • Sample threshold — typically at least 300 clicks per version or two full weeks; no conclusions before the sample is sufficient.
  • Decision metrics — conversion rate and cost per enquiry lead, supported by form completion rate and scroll depth.
  • Report and roll out — the winning version becomes the default; findings are documented and fed back into the ad copy.
A common misconception: A/B testing is not a one-shot magic trick — it is routine work done every two to four weeks. The smaller your traffic, the longer it takes; for pages with fewer than 500 clicks per month we recommend accumulating sample first.

What the A/B Testing package includes

For clients with established ad traffic

  • 2 versions designed (one variable among headline / hero / CTA)
  • Split configuration with cookie memory — reloading won't switch a visitor's version
  • GA4 custom dimensions to tag versions and report separately
  • A report per test round: conversion rate, CPL, verdict
  • Technical support and version maintenance during the test period
  • Winner set as default, with all original design files handed over

FAQ

Landing Page FAQs

Yes — and that's what most clients do. Landing pages usually live in a subdirectory of your main domain (e.g. yourdomain.com/lp/service-name), sharing the same domain and SSL, which is better for SEO and domain authority. If your main site is managed by another vendor and hard to change, we can deploy to a separate domain or subdomain with cross-domain tracking configured, so GA4 still captures the full journey.
It depends on purpose. For pure campaign pages we usually set noindex and remove them from the sitemap to avoid duplicate-content issues with your main site; if a page has genuine search potential (e.g. targeting a specific service term), we keep it indexed with proper titles, structured data and internal links. We advise per page based on your keyword strategy — never a blanket rule.
The account is always created under your company's name — you are the owner and we join only with standard user access, which we revoke when the engagement ends. All historical data, conversion records and audience lists stay in your account. Domains, hosting, code and design files are likewise all yours; we have no lock-in clauses.
Yes. The Standard package and above includes hero copywriting. We start with a short questionnaire (target customers, pain points, current acquisition channels, common objections), draft the copy, and you confirm before we build. For highly technical industries we'll ask for reference material or have your colleagues review the wording to avoid anything off-key.
DIY tools look cheap monthly, but their templates load slowly, layouts are restrictive, and event tracking becomes your own trial-and-error project. What we deliver is hand-written code plus a consulting workflow: structure, copy, tracking and reporting handled end to end — a page you can launch immediately and improve with data. Compare the total annual cost and decide for yourself.
